Welcome Aboard
Captain Ron's Alaska Adventures
Options:
We offer deep sea saltwater fish for the giant Pacific halibut, all five species of
Pacific salmon, salmon shark, Ling cod, black cod, and rockfish. In the spring and fall we
do unguided black bear and Sitka black-tailed deer hunts.
You cruise through the vast calm protected waters of Prince William Sound. Observe the
abundant wildlife as we make our way through the maze of islands to remote fishing
grounds. You will pause en route to pull shrimp pots. Fish for that barn door halibut, a
powerful king salmon or one of the many species of saltwater fish. Visit an awesome
glacier, watch the whales or curious sea otters. End the day anchored in a serene,
protected cove or bay with a seafood dinner you'll not soon forget. You may take the skiff
ashore to comb the beach, fish, or just relax, and prepare yourself for the next
day's adventure. Remember, this is your vacation, just let Captain Ron know what you want
to do.
About the Boat
The 45' vessel was originally designed for commercial fishing. The Quiana is very a
seaworthy, comfortable boat that exceeds all Coast Guard requirements. She has a full
galley, dining space for up to six guests, shower, head and a spacious deck for fighting
those feisty fish.
